How to Remove HDD Low
That image to the left shows HDD Low, the latest in a long series of fake PC optimizers that we’re unfortunately very familiar with at this point. We’ve already seen at least 20 of these things, going back through Smart HDD, HDD Repair, Hard Drive Diagnostic, and beyond, and the success of the HDD Low scam shows that these crooks still have a lot of energy.
HDD Low gets into your hard drive through phony websites and misleading links, and once installed it alters your registry, screws with your security software, and makes a mess of your browser. As if that weren’t enough, it pummels you with obnoxious HDD Low pop-ups warning of “11 Errors detected!” and saying you have to pay up to fix them. Don’t believe a word of it.
Don’t let this evil, mindless pest zombify your computer. Here’s how you can get rid of HDD Low for free.
